Adopt a Resolution proclaiming the Month of May 2025 as National Foster Care Month in Monterey County and endorsing the official theme, “Engaging Youth. Building Supports. Strengthening Opportunities.” This theme emphasizes the importance of creating a child welfare system that authentically engages and supports young people preparing to transition from foster care.
