Adopt a resolution proclaiming the Month, May 2025, as Older Americans Month in Monterey County recognizing the Administration for Community Living (ACL) and its national theme, “Flip the Script on Aging.” This theme focuses on the transformation of how society perceives aging and encourages one to challenge stereotypes. It highlights opportunities for engagement to make life better so that we can live where we choose, in communities that are age friendly and disability friendly. (Supervisor Lopez)
