Adopt a resolution honoring Dave Feliz for over forty years of service to the people and the wildlife of California upon his retirement from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife. Dave retires from his latest role in the Department as the manager of the Elkhorn Slough National Estuarine Research Reserve and Senior Environmental Scientist. (Supervisor Church)
