a. Support authorizing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 Adopted Budget for the General Fund Contingencies 001, Appropriation Unit CAO020, to increase appropriations and operating transfer out by $966,434 for the 1200 Aguajito Monterey HVAC Repairs and Replacement Project; b. Support authorizing the Auditor-Controller to amend the FY 2024-25 Adopted Budget for the Capital Project Fund 404, Appropriation Unit PFP057, to increase appropriations and operating transfer in by $966,434, for the 1200 Aguajito Monterey HVAC Repairs and Replacement Project; and c. Support authorizing the Auditor-Controller to transfer $966,434 for the FY 2024-25 from the General Fund Contingencies 001, Appropriation Unit CAO020, to Capital Project Fund 404, Appropriation Unit PFP057.
