a. Support authorizing the Auditor-Controller to amend the FY 2023-24 Sheriff-Coroner's Adopted Budget by increasing appropriations and estimated revenue by $30,000 to Fund 001, Appropriation Unit SHE003, Unit 8238; and b. Support Approving and Authorizing the Sheriff or his designee to accept grant funding from the PATH-Justice Involved grant also known as the CaLAIM PATH II Grant through the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) in the amount of $500,000.
