a. Approve Amendment No. 3 to Standard Agreement (SA) No. A-15934, Multi-Year Agreement No. 6585, with Smith & Enright Landscaping, Inc. to continue to provide landscape and open maintenance services for County Service Area No. 15 - Serra Village and Toro Park, Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 10835, to increase not to exceed maximum by $125,000 to a total of $325,000 and with no change in the term ending on July 14, 2027; b. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or their designee to execute Amendment No.3 to SA No. A-15934 and future amendments to the SA where the amendments do not significantly alter the scope of work or increase the approved SA amount.
