a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Allen Radner, MD, a physician who is qualified and licensed to practice medicine or other health care profession in the State of California, to render and perform medical or other health care services under the direction and designation of County, on an “at-will” basis, as the Tuberculosis Controller, in the Public Health Bureau, for the term of October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031, for a total amount not to exceed $520,780; and b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to sign up to three future amendments which do not exceed 10% ($52,078) of the original contract amount and do not significantly change the scope of work, and do not exceed a revised maximum amount of $572,589 subject to approval by the Office of County Counsel.
