a. Approve and authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Monterey County Office of Education (MCOE) for the shared costs related to the Children’s Council coordination services for a term retroactive to July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, for a reimbursable amount of up to $14,050; and b. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to execute future amendments to the MOU, provided that these amendments do not exceed an aggregate amount of $200,000 per fiscal year and fall within the signing authority of the County Purchasing Agent, subject to review and approval from County Counsel.
