a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a non-standard Agreement with BT Mancini, Inc. for the provision of comprehensive preventative maintenance and general servicing upon request, and on an as-needed basis for operable wall partitions at the various Health Department locations, for a total Agreement amount of $20,000 with a term upon execution through April 30, 2028; b. Approve the recommendation of Director of Health Services to accept non-standard indemnification provisions in Agreement; c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to approve three future Amendments that do not exceed 10% ($2,000) of the original Agreement amount, do not significantly alter the scope of services, and do not exceed the maximum amount of $22,000; and d. Approve and authorize the County Purchasing Agent or their designee to execute future Amendments, provided they do not exceed an aggregate amount of $200,000 and fall within the signing authority of the County Purchasing Agent.
