a. Authorize the Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or a designee to execute a Memorandum of Agreement (Agreement) with Girls Inc. of the Central Coast, authorizing NMC to host a one-week summer program for girls ages 13-16 and offering research-based, age-appropriate experiences that build girls’ confidence, leadership, and life skills, with a strong emphasis on health, wellness, and physical empowerment, with a term of July 13, 2026 through July 17, 2026 and with no exchange of funds between the parties to this Agreement; and b. Accept all non-standard provisions in Agreement, as recommended by the Interim CEO for NMC. agreement.
