Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to execute a non-standard agreement with Closure Intelligence, Inc. for digital analytics software for the Office of the District Attorney in an amount not to exceed $200,000 for the term retroactive to June 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. b. Accept non-standard contract provisions as recommended by the District Attorney; c. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee and the District Attorney or designee to sign and execute the appropriate documents and verifications when required; d. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to issue purchase orders on an as-needed basis pursuant to the Agreement.
