a. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to execute two standard agreements for towing and storage services for the Office of the District Attorney: one with CA Towing, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $120,000 for the term retroactive to January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, and one with KJRB, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $50,000 for the term retroactive to January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. b. Accept standard contract provisions as recommended by the District Attorney; c. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee or the District Attorney or designee to sign and execute all necessary documents and verifications related to the Agreement; d. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to issue purchase orders on an as-needed basis pursuant to the Agreement.
