a. Approve and authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with West Publishing Corporation in the amount of $46,896 for a total not to exceed amount of $71,396 for West CLEAR PRO Gov Law Enforcement Investigator Plus with Gateway Enterprise PRO for the period from October 1, 2020 through June 30, 2029; b. Accept non-standard contract provisions as recommended by the Chief Probation Officer; and c. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee and Chief Probation Officer to sign and execute up to three future amendments and the appropriate documents and verifications when required to the Agreement that do not exceed 10% ($7,139) with similar non-standard language provisions for a total aggregate contract amount not to exceed $78,535.
