a. Authorize the Interim Chief Executive Officer for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or a designee to execute renewal and amendment No. 9 to the agreement (A-12637) with Intelligent Medical Objects, Inc. for software license and software support and maintenance services, extending the agreement an additional one (1) year period (retroactive to May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027) for a revised full agreement term of January 28, 2014 through April 30, 2027 and adding $149,249 for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $1,181,383. b. Authorize the Interim Chief Executive Officer for Natividad Medical Center or a designee to execute up to three (3) future amendments that do not exceed 10% ($10,980) of the original agreement, do not significantly change the scope of services, and do not increase the total not to exceed amount over $1,181,383.
