a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute non-standard Participation Agreement No. 14629-MONT-PICR-26_27 between the County of Monterey and California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA), for Psychiatric Inpatient Concurrent Review (PICR) services, for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $447,888 for the term July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028; b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to approve up to three future amendments that do not exceed 10% ($44,788) of the original Agreement amount, do not significantly alter the scope of services, and do not increase the total not to exceed amount over $492,676.
