a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to sign a non-standard Service Agreement with Relias, LLC for the provision of a web-based learning management platform system related to mental health and substance use treatment, for a maximum County obligation of $180,290 effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029; b. Approve non-standard indemnification and insurance provisions as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute up to three future amendments that do not exceed 10% ($18,029) of the original Agreement amount, do not significantly change the scope of services, and do not increase the total not to exceed amount of $198,319.
