Approve the Measure X Pavement Management Program Update 2025 Reimbursement Agreement with the Transportation Agency for Monterey County (TAMC) for a term effective the execution date of the Agreement through June 30, 2027, for an amount not to exceed $250,000; and b. Authorize the Director of Public Works, Facilities and Parks (PWFP) or Director’s designee to execute the Reimbursement Agreement and future amendments to the Agreement where the amendments do not significantly alter the scope of work or change the approved Agreement amount.
