a. Approve and authorize the Director of the Emergency Communications Department to sign a no cost Automated Clearing House Direct Deposit Authorization agreement with the City of Monterey, effective upon execution and until cancelled, to allow Automated Clearing House payments from the City; and b. Accept nonstandard terms as recommended by the Director of the Emergency Communications Department.
