a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute Amendment No. 2 with Pivot Interiors, Inc., for the provision of design, planning, delivery and installation services for new or existing office laboratory furniture or office panel systems on a per project basis, extending the term an additional five years for a new term of December 1, 2020 through June 30, 2031 and adding $150,000 for a new total agreement amount of $330,000; and b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to approve one future Amendment that does not exceed 10% ($9,000) of the original Agreement amount, does not significantly alter the scope of services, and does not exceed the maximum amount of $339,000.
