a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to approve as to form the Agreement between American Medical Response and Monterey County Regional Fire District for the provision of Mutual Aid; and b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to approve up to three future amendments that do not significantly change the scope of services.
