a. Approve and authorize the Director of the Department of Social Services or designee execute standard funding agreements and amendments for continued funding from state agencies for designated programs on behalf of the County retroactive for the period of April 1, 2026, through April 30, 2028; and b. Approve and authorize the Military and Veterans Affairs Officer of the Department of Veterans Affairs or designee to execute standard agreements and amendments for continued funding from the Department of Veterans Affairs on behalf of the County for the period of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028.
