a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or the Assistant Director of Health Services to execute a non-standard agreement with the City of Greenfield for the use of their facility, effective upon execution, through January 30, 2031 with no exchange of funds; and b. Approve non-standard liability provisions as recommended by the Director of Health Services or Assistant Director of Health Services; and c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or the Assistant Director of Health Services to sign up to (3) three future amendments to the Agreement, provided that these amendments do not substantially change the Scope of Services, and with approval from the Office of the County Counsel.
