a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a non-standard agreement between the County of Monterey and Salinas Valley Health Medical Center for the designation of Salinas Valley Health Medical Center as a Base Hospital for the provision of medical control and direction to advanced life support (ALS) prehospital EMS personnel, for the term of execution through June 30, 2030, with no exchange of funds; b. Approve non-standard indemnification and insurance provisions as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute up to three (3) future amendments that do not significantly change the scope of services.
