a. Approve and authorize the Director of the Department of Social Services or designee to sign Amendment No. 2 to Agreement #5010-219 with Community Human Services to provide a year-round shelter for youth who are homeless in the County of Monterey adding $15,370 for a new contract total of $135,370, with no change to the contract term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2026; and b. Authorize the Director of the Department of Social Services or designee to sign up to three amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($13,537) of the amended contract amount, do not significantly change the scope of work, and do not exceed the maximum aggregate amount of $148,910.
