a. Authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute the retroactive Student Placement Agreement with The Regents of the University of California, on behalf of the University of California, San Francisco, School of Nursing (UCSF), for the placement of nursing students within the Health Department for the term of January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2028; and b. Approve the recommendation of the Director of Health Services to accept modifications to the insurance and indemnification provisions.
