a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to Program Funding Agreement No. 7480-CA CCE-CP_2064_MONTEREY-01-G issued by BDO Government Services, LLC (BDO), the third-party grant Administrative Entity for the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) to preserve and avoid the closure of licensed adult residential care facilities serving Behavioral Health clients, with no change in the agreement term of June 27, 2023 through January 30, 2027, and maintains the not to exceed amount of $3,200,744; and b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute up to three (3) future amendments where the combined amounts do not exceed 10% ($320,074) of the original Agreement amount, do not significantly alter the scope of services, and do not increase the total not to exceed amount over $3,520,818.
