a. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or a designee to execute a retroactive agreement between the County of Monterey and Planned Parenthood Mar Monte-San Jose Health Center for the provision of Resident rotations for Natividad Medical Center, for the term of February 1, 2025 through February 14, 2030 at no cost ; and b. Approve the NMC’s Chief Executive Officer’s recommendation to accept non-standard indemnification, insurance, limitations on liability, and limitations on damages provisions within the agreement.
