a. Approve and authorize the Sheriff to accept grant award of $350,000 from the City and County of San Francisco FY 2024 UASI Grant Funds; and b. Authorize and direct the Auditor-Controller to amend the Sheriff’s FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget (001-2300-SHE001-8242) by increasing appropriations and estimated revenues of $350,000 in the Sheriff’s FY 2025-26 Adopted Budget (001-2300-She001-8242), financed by the City and County of San Francisco FY 2024 UASI Grant Funds (4/5 vote required); and c. Approve and authorize the Sheriff or Sheriff’s designee to execute a non-standard agreement with the City and County of San Francisco, for a bomb robot, in the amount of $350,000, retroactive from August 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025; and d. Approve and authorize the Sheriff or Sheriff’s designee to amend the agreement as necessary if requested by the City and County of San Francisco.
