a. Approve a retroactive Standard Agreement with Oliver Property Management to provide property management services at the Kents Court Housing Development in Pajaro, CA, in an amount not to exceed $700,000 for a term beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028; b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or designee to execute the retroactive Standard Agreement and future amendments to the Agreement where each amendment does not significantly alter the scope of work or increase the original Agreement amount by more than 10% ($70,000) of the original contract amount of $700,000 subject to review by County Counsel.
