a. Approve and authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign Amendment No. 2 to Agreement #5010-452 with Access Support Network for the operation of a Homeless Outreach and Engagement Services System in the County of Monterey adding $398,312 for a new contract total of $733,312 and extend the term by 12 months for a new agreement term of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026; and b.
