a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute the Agreement with the California State University San Marcos for a term of May 1, 2025 to June 30, 2028 with no exchange of funds; and b. Approve non-standard risk provisions in the Agreement as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to sign up to three (3) future amendments where the services do not significantly change, with the approval of County Counsel.
