a. Approve the Director of Health Services or designee to accept a grant from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, to provide regular monthly, quarterly, and annual lab analysis testing of water samples, and provide repeat urgent lab analysis testing of water samples, at the County of Monterey Consolidated Chemistry Laboratory; and b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute Grant Agreement S2540002 for a total grant amount of $4,500 for the grant period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2028.
