a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a retroactive Non-Standard Service Agreement with Rancho Cielo, Inc. for the County of Monterey Health Department Behavioral Health Bureau’s provision of psychiatric services at the Rancho Cielo youth campus with no exchange of funds, for a retroactive term of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026; and b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to approve up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the amendments do not significantly alter the scope of work.
