a. Authorize the Chief Information Officer to execute an Agreement with Friends of Laguna Seca for Information Technology radio services for the term of March 18, 2025, through December 31, 2028; and b. Authorize the Chief Information Officer or his designee to execute service order forms and such documents as are necessary for the performance of services pursuant to this agreement; and c. Authorize the Chief Information Officer to sign up to two (2) additional amendments or term extensions to this Agreement, subject to County Counsel review, and provided that the terms and conditions of the agreement remain substantially the same.
