a. Approve and authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign a no cost Memorandum of Understanding with the City and County of San Francisco, a municipal corporation acting by and through the Department on the Status of Women, and Seneca Family of Agencies to provide Commercially Sexually Exploited Children Placement and Services Continuum Model to foster youth in Monterey County, for the period of February 11, 2025 to December 31, 2025; and b. Authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign up to three amendments to this Agreement that do not encompass payment or significantly change the scope of work.
