a. Approve and authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign Amendment No. 2 to Agreement #5010-157 with Chmura Economics & Analytics, LLC for the provision of licenses and support access to job employment data by adding $20,406 for a new contract total of $98,243, and extending the term by twelve (12) months for a new agreement term of February 1, 2021 to January 31, 2026; b. Authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign up to three amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($9,824) of the amended contract amount, do not significantly change the scope of work, and do not exceed the maximum aggregate amount of $108,067.
