a. Approve and authorize the Director of Public Works, Facilities and Parks (PWFP) to execute the Right of Way Contract (“Agreement”) between the County of Monterey (“County”) and the State of California, Department of Transportation (“State”, or Caltrans) for real property located off Highway 1 in the unincorporated area of Big Sur, California, for State highway purposes; and b. Authorize the Director of Public Works, Facilities and Parks (PWFP) to execute any related documents needed to complete the transaction, including, but not limited to, any future amendments to the Amendment subject to the review and approval of the Office of the County Counsel.
