a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a nonstandard Agreement with GLOBO Holdings l, LLC dba GLOBO Language Services, LLC, for interpretation and other language services in the amount of $65,000 for the term upon execution to January 31, 2026; and b. Approve non-standard insurance and indemnification provisions as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the amendments do not exceed 10% ($6,500) of the original amount for a not to exceed amount of $71,500 and do not significantly alter the scope of work.
