a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a non-standard Agreement with Hartnell College to provide students with supervised field experience, thus fulfilling the school’s internship requirements, effective upon execution to November 30, 2029 with no exchange of funds; and b. Approve non-standard indemnification provisions as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to sign up to three future amendments that do not significantly change the scope.
