Ratify execution by the Director of Health Services of a Medi-Cal Capacity Grant Agreement (Grant Agreement), Grant number 0724-MCHD-CS-Capital between Central California Alliance for Health (CCAH) and the County of Monterey, on behalf of the Health Department, Clinic Services Bureau (“County”), in the amount up to $2,500,000 for the "Monterey County Clinic at Marina" (New Construction) project, with a Grant Term of 39 months effective on the date of the last signature of the Agreement.
