a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to 340B Administrative Services Agreement (“Agreement”) with Wellpartner, LLC., (“Wellpartner”) adding a 340B identifier to Agreement A-14592 for eligible 340B contract pharmacy locations designated by the County of Monterey Health Department Clinic Services Bureau (“Clinic Services”); and b. Authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to sign up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the amendments do not significantly change the scope of work.
