a. Approve and authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. A-15838 with Monterey County Office of Education to leverage an additional $477,422 for a new contract total of $732,912 in pass-through Title IV-E administrative funding to support Foster Youth services with no change to the contract term; and b. Authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign up to three future amendments to this amended Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($73,291) of the amended contract amount, do not significantly change the scope work, and do not exceed the maximum aggregate amount of $806,203.
