a. Approve and authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign a no cost agreement with the California Department of Social Services to establish responsibilities for the provision and receipt of legal consultation and legal representation for administrative appeals associated with the Resource Family Approval Program; retroactive to July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027; and b. Authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign up to three amendments to Agreement as long as they do not encompass payment or significantly change the terms of this Agreement.
