a. Authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute the Student Placement Agreement (Agreement) with West Coast University, Inc. with a term of August 20, 2024 to June 30, 2028, for the placement of students within the Health Department to complete internship/externship assignments as part of their respective field education and service-learning requirements; and b. Approve the recommendation of the Director of Health Services to accept modifications to indemnification provisions in the Agreement.
