Approve and authorize the Contracts and Purchasing Officer or designee to execute an Agreement with Atascadero Glass, Inc., for the provision window, glass, and door equipment, replacements, and maintenance as needed for various Health Department Buildings, in the amount of $60,000, for a term effective upon execution through June 15, 2027; and b. Approve the recommendation of Director of Health Services to accept all non-standard provisions in Agreement as set forth in Addendum No. 1.
