a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or Contracts/Purchasing Supervisor to sign an Agreement with Marvin Behavioral Health, Inc and Marvin Behavioral Health CA, P.C. for the provision of behavioral health services to eligible County of Monterey employees and their eligible family members. The initial term of the Agreement will begin August 1, 2024 and terminate December 31, 2027, with an option to extend the Agreement for up to three (3) additional one (1)-year periods. Services contracted under this Agreement shall incur no cost to the County of Monterey; and b. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer or Contracts/Purchasing Supervisor to sign future Amendments to the Agreement where the Amendments do not significantly change the scope of work or add any cost to the County of Monterey.
