Approve Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. A-15439, Multi-Year Agreement #3200*5857, with Moffatt & Nichol, a California Corporation, to provide on-call bridge design services for various bridge projects located in Monterey County, Request for Qualifications (RFQ) #10783, to extend the expiration date for one additional year through July 12, 2025, for a revised term of July 13, 2021 to July 12, 2025, with the option to extend the term for one additional 1-year period, and increase the not to exceed maximum by $500,000 to a total amount of $1,250,000; and b. Authorize the Contracts & Purchasing Officer or their designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement No. A-15439 and future amendments to the Agreement where the amendments do not significantly alter the scope of work or increase the approved Agreement amount.
