a. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or his designee to execute an agreement with ALCOR Scientific, Inc. for maintenance services of the iSED (equipment name) ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) Analyzer at NMC for an amount not to exceed $1,780 with an agreement term retroactive of June 15, 2024 through June 14, 2025. b. Approve the NMC’s Chief Executive Officer’s recommendation to accept non-standard indemnification, insurance, limitations on liability, and limitations on damages provisions within the agreement.
