a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to sign a Mental Health Service Agreement between the County of Monterey and Altos Health Partners (AHP) for the provision of Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) treatment for a Monterey County resident for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $20,625 for FYs 2023-25 for the period of April 1, 2024, through August 31, 2024; and b. Approve non-standard insurance as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to approve up to three (3) future amendments that do not exceed 10% ($2,062) of the original Agreement amount and do not significantly alter the scope of services.
