a. Approve and Authorize the Assessor to enter into a Non-Standard Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) Service Agreement with C3.ai. for the period June 12, 2024 through October 11, 2024; in an amount not to exceed $1 for a total aggregate contract amount of $1; and b. Accept non-standard language in the agreement provided by the vendor as recommended by the Assessor.; and c. Authorize the Assessor to sign up to three (3) future amendments to the Agreement which do not significantly alter the scope of the services.
